No. We never generate, reshape, slim, smooth, or otherwise retouch a face. We crop, color-balance, and place your photo on a classic portrait background. The face is exactly the face in your photo.

They are used only to make your four portraits and to handle a correction if you ask for one. They are stored privately, never used to train AI, and the originals and working copies are deleted when your set is delivered. A safety-net cleanup runs every hour in case anything is missed.

Within 24 hours after you submit your photos and choose a background. The clock starts at submission, not at payment, so you can take your time getting a photo you like.

Yes. You receive four full-resolution JPEG files with personal printing rights. Print them at home, at any photo counter, or with any online printer. The delivery page includes a simple size guide for 4x6, 5x7, and 8x10.

Tell us from your delivery page within 48 hours and we will fix it once at no charge. If we cannot deliver the four files we promised, you get a full refund. Our refund policy is short and public.

No. This is an independent family portrait service. We are not affiliated with any school, district, yearbook, or school photography company, and these portraits do not replace an official school photo.

Adults (18+) who are the parent, legal guardian, or an authorized adult with permission for every person shown. Children never have accounts here, and we never collect a child's name, birthday, school, or grade.
